  1. DEPOSIT : Dates confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent.

  2. BOND REFUND : Bond is refunded within  14 days of departure if no DAMAGE and CLEAN as found. Please send EFT details.

  3. CANCELLATION of BOOKING POLICY :   If given enough notice to resell the period, then 100% refund applies.   If short notice is given i.e. less than 30 days we will try to resell at a reduced rate and you pay the difference.   Less than 14days notice NO REFUND.
